Raw Raspberry Caves

I think this is one of the best cakes that I have made since I started Raw Food and Living Food Diet. The best of all is that you can eat them as they are or you can dehydrate them! They taste good both ways!

Raw Raspberry Cakes
(approximately 15 pieces)

1 dl raw almonds
1 dl buckwheat crunch
1 1/2 Tbs raw agave or maple syrup or what you prefer
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
approximately 1/2 dl water
1 dl raspberries
2 tsp ground flax seed

1. Ground almonds and buckwheat crunch separately into the flour
2. Put flour into a bowl and add sweetening and vanilla
3. Lean it with a water into a dough, add as much water as you need so you can roll a dough into    small balls. (If dough gets to loose add some more almond flour)
4. Shape all dough into balls and place on dehydrator sheet
5. Press each ball with the thumb so it shapes into a bowel in the center
6. Mix raspberries with ground flax seed well and put the filling into "bowls"
7. Dehydrate at 45 degrees for about 20 hours or you can eat them as they are or you can put them in the owen at the lowest temperature for aproximately 7 hours. Enjoy!!!
