Nettle Smoothie

On Wednesday I read on the Facebook haw to make a nettle smoothie!
Though it is important to mention that you shouldn't drink more than 5 dl at once and children should only drink 2,5 dl. But children under 1 yer should not consume stinging nettles.
Stinging nettle is rich in vitamins A, C, iron, potassium, manganese, and calcium.

 Nettle Smoothie


2 handfuls of nettle (pick with gloves)
1 large stalk of celery
5 dl of water
4 bananas ( I used three)
4 dates, pitted.

Mix thoroughly. Drink half directly and half later in the day and you will fell grate!
