Cauliflower salad with green peas
1/2 cauliflower head
1 cup of green peas
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1/4 tsp sea salt
Dash of black pepper
2 tbsp hemp oil (your favorite high quality oil is fine: flax, avocado, olive…)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1. Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Blanch the peas until bright
green and tender. Rinse in ice water to stop cooking and preserve
color; drain and set aside.
2. Place cauliflower in a food processor and process till the mixture is finely chopped, and looks like rice.
3. Turn cauliflower mixture into a bowl, and toss with the hemp seeds, salt, pepper, peas, hemp oil and lemon. Done!
To boost up the system even more I made a
green juice! ( wheatgrass, apple, spinach, cucumber, celery and broccoli)
